Raymond Wright Obituary

ABINGDON – The funeral service for Mr. Raymond Malcolm "Dick" Wright will be conducted Saturday, Feb. 19, 2005, at 11 a.m. in the Main Street Chapel of Farris Funeral Service, with Rev. Leonard Smith officiating. Interment will follow in Forest Hills Memory Gardens. Military graveside honors will be provided by the Highlands Fellowship Honor Color Guard. Casket bearers will be Richard Duncan, Harold Hagy, McKinley Miller, Gayle Rutledge, Jake Widener and Harry Clark. Those wishing to send memories or expressions of sympathy online may do so by visiting www.farrisfuneralservice.com. In place of flowers, the family has asked that memorial donations be made to the Carvosso United Methodist Church, 19429 Rustic Lane, Abingdon, VA 24210; or to the Cancer Outreach Foundation, 104 Abingdon Place, Abingdon, VA 24210.
Mr. Raymond Malcolm "Dick" Wright, age 79, passed away Tuesday, Feb. 15, 2005, at his home. The Main Street Chapel of Farris Funeral Service, 427 E. Main St., Abingdon, is serving the family of Mr. Raymond Malcolm "Dick" Wright.
