I met Becca in Escondido California. As I write this I can´t stop crying, she was such an inspiration for me, I knew not a single thing about politics or organizing people to get them out to vote, however she taught our rag tag group to become a powerful political force in the San Diego region. I walked by our office that is now closed in downtown, and I couldn´t stop from feeling heartbroken at the thought that she is gone. The older I get the less sense life makes. Rest in peace amiga Becca.

Rebecca was my big sister and I think about her everyday. I love and miss her something fierce. Rebecca had the best bear hugs and smiles. She was always going to places and making new friends. Rebecca was like the Dr. Seuss book "Oh,the Places You´ll Go!" It was never a dull moment with Rebecca. She would make things happen she would say "there´s a will there´s a way" I miss her posting about her adventures on Facebook she always got the best pictures. She was incredibly talented. Rebecca wrote fun stories about trips we took as a family and she would draw cool things with markers. Growing up Rebecca would use her imagination and make things fun. She pretended she was running a restaurant and called it "The Cook Cafe" she would write up menus and cook whatever. I enjoyed that. Playing Nintendo when we were kids is something I´ll always remember gotta like Mario Bros. I love you forever Rebecca.

Becca was always so kind and happy. I knew her in college and beyond. A few years after college, I painted a Dali on her back when she was visiting. So sad to hear about her passing.

I watched Rebecca and her siblings when her mom had class.. I can still hear her voice and laughter. I´m so proud of the woman she became. She was taken too soon. Prayers for her family during this difficult time.

I will always remember how warming and happy her presence was, she radiated love and acceptance and made sure everyone around her was included. Being around Becca always came with laughter and good times...I will forever be grateful for her playing matchmaker and helping me and my lady..Thank you Becca!
My favorite memory with her was at the Lamplighter with an amazing group of friends when her and I brought the house down with "Friends in Low Places" by Garth Brooks

Becca was too good for this world. It didn't matter if she just met you, or knew you for years; you were just as equally important. Her love of life, yearning for adventures and all the "Side Quests!", her work, and her cats!
Everytime we met up or she saw me somewhere, the first thing she yelled out was '"It's freakin Kat!" With the biggest smile. Every. Time.
Two years ago at Babes Ride Out, we ended up going to a trail head to do a hike to hotsprings. I was dying, but she stayed back with me and we were laughing while trying to breathe and make it up the hike. It was absolutely worth it.
She asked me if I wanted to join for a random bike ride to San Felipe earlier this year, because she "knows I'm down to adventure!" I am so glad that I joined for that trip, and made additional friendships because of it.
Whenever I was going through a rough patch, she'd ask how "my heart box" was doing.
The stories are endless, and we will always cherish them.
Becca lived a million lifetimes worth of adventures in her time with us. She is the reason so many more friendships were brought together. Her voice, her huge smile, her laughter, will always be with us.
Every sunset watched, she will be there with us.
Grief is hard, but she brought so many of us together. She taught us to make every smallest moment magical. I love you Becca.

My first memory was the day we met up with a group of riders that we had never met before. She was the first person to approach us with her beautiful infectious smile and said "Hi! I´m Becca" I said " hi I´m Becky." She said "well now we have to be friends because we have the same name !" We were friends ever since.

We all have so much love for Becca. I heard most recently that' "grief is love that has nowhere to go". And that's what it feels like in these moments. Letting your pain out for others to listen is part of the healing process. Nothing in life can prepare us for the death of a loved one. Whether death results from a sudden accident or a sustained illness, it always catches us off-guard. Death is so deeply personal and stunningly final, nothing can emotionally prepare us for its arrival. With every death, there is a loss. And with every loss, there will be grief. Grieving can make those around us uncomfortable. Friends sometimes don´t know what to do with our pain. Loved ones struggle to find adequate words to comfort our aching wounds.
Yet grief, as painful a season as it is, is a necessary part of our healing. To run from grief is to run from the very thing that can quell the pain of our loss. If we come to God and prayer for healing, our grief has a purpose. Grieving is the process God uses to bring us to a place of wholeness.
My first memory of you I can't even recall the location because it seemed as though you were always everywhere. I may not have remembered the location, but I do remember your bright smile and your contagious laughter. I love how your personality shined and every time you were around it brought a smile to my face. I love how you brought so many of us together and I believe that was one of your purposes in your life. Thank you for the love that you brought to this world and to the many friendships that you made. My love for you will carry on forever and to everyone else you've brought together. Love and miss you always

My favorite memory of Becca was a late afternoon she spent with my family and friends, she made friends with everyone she encountered, it was truly admirable. Before she left we agreed that us three girls (Iris, myself and her) would help each other with our eyelash perms because we never stopped laughing about our snapchats to each other sending photos back and fourth as we struggled. Then she let our kids climb on her bike, put on their helmet and she took videos of them pretending they were riding. We miss her deeply but know she is always with us.

Her smile. If there is one thing that every person can say they remember about her, it was that. You could be having the worst day and then, whipping around the corner, grinning from ear-to-ear would be Becca yelling "Hey guys! So check this out!.." and proceed to tell us how gnarly her ride was on the way over. She brought so much light and positivity to the biker world, that anyone you would run into would know exactly who she was! Her heart and soul would shine through anyone she met and will leave a lasting impression on all of us. I love you Becca and miss you dearly.
Love, Raven

I remember how she totally stole the show in the group interview where we met, cracking everyone up with her stories! How she had a punkish jean jacket on that day and totally still got the gig (many of us did not!), that was despite all her self-depricating jokes in the waiting line about how she should have put more thought into her outfit and was likely not gonna get it because of that. Hahaha! She tended to land almost all the gigs she wanted (haha)-never holding back her super-constructive criticism nor radically open-minded futuristic visions of their potential good impact in the world. Any team, any friendship was better off if Becca took part in it. What a powerhouse. ~ Estrella

There were so many special moments with Rebecca during the 30 years I have been in her life. The night before Rebecca was to "ship out" to boot camp I was helping her go through her packing checklist. It became very clear that she was missing something.... Yep, you probably guessed it. I kid you not, we went to Walmart at midnight to get her some appropriate under garments to take with her to boot camp. We were so proud to see her graduate 10 weeks later. Miss her dearly.

Met Becca through the music scene in Blacksburg VA and always knew she was special. She could always be counted on to meet at a show or hang out late night with any group of people she met that night. I´ll always remember her vibrant personality and the good times we had.

I can't place a first memory of Becca because from the moment we met we had been friends forever. We just instantly were. Becca was a huge part of our Hideout family and the motorcycle community as a whole. I could always count on her. She was kind and generous to all. I have zero regret in our friendship because we never left anything unsaid. We never missed a hug or an I love you. Becca you will always have a place in my heart and your legacy will always be a part of our story. Love you big time.

Becca was a huge ray of sunshine! It didn´t matter if you only just met her or had known her for years, you all treated with equal love. Her smile radiated and was contagious. I will miss her deeply and glad I had the chance to be her friend and meet others through her.

My sister and I use to call each other regularly to share our "adulting wins", haha. She called me once because she had gone to the dentist (in Tijuana) and we laughed because we both decided a dentist visit was definitely an adulting win, no matter where you went. HAHAHA
