Bill,
Rebecca was a uniquely wonderful woman, and knowing her surely enriched our lives.Her courage, intellect and humor remain so salient in our memories.
We'l try to be there on the 28th.

I wish I could be with you on the 28th but I will not be able to be there. I will always remember Rebecca as a friend from Newport News High School and a very optimistic, positive, and courageous person who crossed paths with me here in Ann Arbor. Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful Rebecca with so many people. I shall miss seeing you both at AASO and other Ann Arbor locations. Seeing you two together was always a bright spot in my day. I shall miss seeing her wonderful mischievous smile and her "right to the core" kindness and warmth. We were so lucky to have shared part of her time here. Memories of Rebecca will shine on and on.

I am not sure I can join you for the event remembering Rebecca, but my thoughts will be with you. I am spending some time that weekend in Chicago to see my aunt on her 99th birthday. You and Rebecca were wonderful people to have as neighbors.
