You have been in heaven for 4 years. This evening I was just informed of your passing from a LA High School classmate, who met you in Vallejo. I have been wondering why I have not heard from you, at least once a year. We met while attending 2 different college in 1975. I now have closure, your were a unique DAD to your 3 children. I will continue to pray for them. I will see you in Heaven. From your buddy, Lady Dee DEE
Lower Rider from LA ( Los Angeles). TO GOD BE THE GLORY

Reggie your love and dedication as a single father of 3 is a unique Blessing from God. I know your children appreciate you teaching, guiding and encouraging them on a daily basis which made a positive impact on their adult lives.
Reggie your commitment to coaching kids at North Vallejo Little League and Franklin Middle School was your way of giving back to the Vallejo Community in which we all love. You were always at the baseball field with your kids and their teammates unloading your truck with the equipment needed to throw and catch the ball. Off the field, your Stylist Attire from Head to Toe never went unnoticed, we all knew when Reggie was in the house. Thank You Reggie for being YOU!
God's Love and Blessings to the Carter Family

To the Carter Family. You have my deepest condolences. Not only was Reggie and I childhood friend we were also teammates as you can see in the pictures, when we were young, and also in adulthood. To the Family and friends of Reggie, I offer my condolences. I've been knowing Reggie for years. I remember when he got hit by a car in Floyd Terrace. I was outside playing and heard brakes of a car and saw his Mother Jean running to the streets screaming and crying. I ran to the streets as well and was right behind her. The ambulance came and got him and I felt bad for him and his Mom. Reggie recovered and grew up to be a very well-dressed and charming gentleman, coach, father, and friend to many. He was a good dancer too. Everytime he saw me he reminded me of the car incident. RIP my brother.
