Rembert (Rem) Whiting Burbank, Jr.

Dear Kit and family-
I have so many wonderful memories of your Dad. He was one of the strongest men I have ever met, yet always had a soft spot in his heart. I know how proud he was of all of his "girls". I feel blessed to have had him in my life growing up. My love goes out to you all, you are in my thoughts and prayers.

Today as we come upon the first anniversary of my father's passing I want to keep this legacy book online for all of our friends and family to share a funny story about my dad. To share a wonderful memory. Just to remember. My Dad. Love Kit

Sorry to here about Rems passing. He was quite a character and provided me with many laughs. I feel very fortunate to have had the opportunity to have worked with him at CMG. My thoughts go out to you.

Louise, I was shocked to hear that your husband passed away! Unofrtunately, I did not see the obiturary in the paper and only learned of his passing at our writing class this past Wednesday. I am so sorry that I missed the memorial. You know I would have been there. My love and prayers go out to you and your family. I am so sorry.......

I was saddend to hear the news of Rem's passing. I have truly been blessed that I was able to have the opportunity to know both Rem and and Louise "on the road". I will remember the smiles, hugs and laughter that we shared. Thank you to the entire Burbank family for sharing Rem with all of us "kids" - I know that I will never forget him.

I was very sad to hear the news that Rem had passed away. He was a great man and I was truly fortunate to work with him for 5 years. He was a straight shooter and always put a smile on my face. Even though our paths have not crossed in the last 4 years, I will miss him. My thoughts and prayers go out to you.

I was very sad to hear of Rem's passing. I have always be able to think back on times with Rem and smile. From being sucker punched in the stomach in the elevator(which Hank will never let me forget) to playing golf in Puerto Rico, Rem was always a great addition to the group. He will truly be missed.
