Reubin Romines Obituary
February 17, 1954 - August 13, 2025
Russ Romines passed away surrounded by his family on August 13, 2025. Born to Noel and Braden Romines, he was raised in Wichita Falls. Russ was a man of quiet faith, devoted to his family, and cherished time spent on road trips, family gatherings, and playing games. He is survived by his children Shannon Romines, Nece Zipper (husband Charles), and Heather Romines, Jill Evans (husband Aaron), and James Caliendo (wife Ashlee), 17 grandchildren, 1 great-grandson, and siblings Darlene Swim, Mona Ryan, and Doyle Romines (wife Lisa). He was preceded in death by his wife Debby Romines, his parents Noel and Branden Romines, and his brother J.R. Romines, and sister-in-law Dee. The memorial service for Russ will be held in Henrietta, TX on Tuesday, August 19, 2025 at Davis Owens and Brumley Funeral Home with the viewing at 1:00 p.m. and service at 2:00 p.m., followed by burial in Hope Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, please consider making a donation in Russ's name to their favorite charity, The Salvation Army, or the Gary Sinise Foundation.
