May god rest your wonderful soul .... our last time together we had lunch in the rectory with some of the staff.... an amazing person who left great memories behind....

Father, having you in my life meant more to me than you'll ever know. From serving masses with you to being excited to run errands over to the rectory just so I can spend time with you and Mary. You were always so happy, genuine, and kind. Anytime I would go to mass outside of St. Donato, whether it was deployment or living in another state, I always compared every mass to your and NOTHING could even come close to comparison. Now you're God's right hand man. Please keep a watchful eye over us all.

Rest in Peace Father Buccafurni. You were a wonderful Priest. I will never forget you...

We were saddened to hear the passing of Father Buccafurni. He was a wonderful priest. I always looked forward to hearing his homilies and seeing his smile. He had a way about him to make you feel special. He will be missed and always in our heart. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family during this difficult time.

Father Buccafurni was my favorite priest when I was a student at Visitation B.V.M. in Trooper, PA. May he rest in peace.

God Bless you Father for you touched the face of God. Well done good and faithful servant. I pray Father you will have a part in the Saying of Christmas Day Mass up in Glory. Thank you for the altar boy training, love Joseph.

Father Buccafurni,
Saint Frances Xavier Cabrini was the cornerstone of St. Donato Parish, and you were the stabilizing rock of the Parish for so long. Thanks to your dedication, some excellent seed has been scattered. Rest easy, it will continue to flourish far beyond North 65th Street.
