Father, having you in my life meant more to me than you'll ever know. From serving masses with you to being excited to run errands over to the rectory just so I can spend time with you and Mary. You were always so happy, genuine, and kind. Anytime I would go to mass outside of St. Donato, whether it was deployment or living in another state, I always compared every mass to your and NOTHING could even come close to comparison. Now you're God's right hand man. Please keep a watchful eye over us all.

We were saddened to hear the passing of Father Buccafurni. He was a wonderful priest. I always looked forward to hearing his homilies and seeing his smile. He had a way about him to make you feel special. He will be missed and always in our heart. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family during this difficult time.

Saint Frances Xavier Cabrini was the cornerstone of St. Donato Parish, and you were the stabilizing rock of the Parish for so long. Thanks to your dedication, some excellent seed has been scattered. Rest easy, it will continue to flourish far beyond North 65th Street.
