When I look back on the last few weeks, it all seems like a dream, at times. I just wanted to tell everyone "Thank You". It is a great blessing in these times to hear from all the people daddy has touched over the years, and my words seem too small. There were so many selfless acts of kindness during our breif visit, I know I will never be able to thank everyone. Just rest assured that everything was appreciated greatly. Nothing heals the heart like God can through family and friends. Thank you again for making this burden bearable.

Aileen, I have been to more than my share of funerals, but Rex's was THE most beautiful I have ever experienced. I pray that the love that was so evident in that service ... and loving memories of Rex ... will sustain you and your family during the coming days. To paraphrase: "YOU can do ALL things through Christ Who strengthens you!" I love you very much and continue to pray for you.

Rex was always kind to me. From our first meeting at the Farmers Market thirty years ago-me selling tomatoes Andy and I had grown, to the election of 1982 and more recently at Funston's Country Corner Restaurant. It was always good to see him. I am truly sorry for your loss and pray that God blesses each and everyone of you.
