Rhue Naylor, 81, of Clovis, New Mexico, died Monday, January 4, 2010, at Prairie Acres Nursing Facility in Friona, Texas. She was born May 16, 1928, in Berlin, Oklahoma to William and Susana Ruth Marshall Carey.
She graduated from school in Tonkawa, Oklahoma. She married Charles Luther Naylor, January 12, 1952, in Tonkawa. She spent time in Germany and England with her husband in the United State Air Force. She was a homemaker.
She is survived by 2 daughters, Cleta S. Naylor of Clovis and Charlene Eminger of Amarillo, Texas; 1 sister, Nadine Schmidt of Wichita, Kansas; 2 grandchildren, Kate Eminger of Austin, Texas and Mark Eminger of Denver, Colorado and numerous cousins.
There will be a visitation from 11:00 to 12:00 Wednesday, January 6, 2010, at Steed-Todd Funeral Home. Burial of the cremains will be at Lawn Haven Memorial Gardens at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, P.O. Box 96011, Washington, DC 20090-6011.

Sue and Charlene, I am saddend to hear of your mother's passing. I was very fond of Rhue and my heart goes out to you.
I'm am very sorry that I was unable to attend the memorial service today.
