Cathy,
I am so sorry for your loss. While I didn't know your husband well, I knew your children and they were shining examples of good parents.

I was lucky enough to have had the honor and privilege to work with Rich for over 18 years at the City. Aside from being the consummate professional, Rich was one of the most decent and honorable people I've had the pleasure to meet in my life. He will be missed by me and so many more.

I will say a prayer for his family. He left us too soon.

Peace be with you Richard.
