As the days and weeks pass, and as you return to life’s routine, may you continue to feel comforted by the love and support of family and friends.

To the Bezanson family. Please accept my deepest sympathy on the sudden passing of Rick. I was shocked to learn of the news and still cannot understand how such a tragic event could occur. I knew
Rick well when I lived in Vancouver and would see him whenever I returned. Rick was a sincere, staight talking person with a kind and generous spirit who would always stand up for friends and family. Rick, you will be missed.

Mrs. Bezanson and all of Rick's family....I cannot even come close to expressing my deepest sorrow and shock over the loss of your beloved Rick.
We have all lost a truly wonderful, caring, giving and individual friend!
I worked with Rick at American Can/Onex/Ball Packaging for MANY years and we shared many moments that I will always cherish. He was such a easy-to-talk-to kind of guy and always had his own opinion.
He would bring me little gifts on occasion - we met for lunches quite regularily for a period of time - he always offered to obtain odds or sods that I might mention I could use or want. Overall - he was just one of the sweetest guys, terribly handsome with the most beautiful smile and twinkling eyes! I always looked forward to him coming into the area of the plant that I worked where we would chat for a few minutes before he returned to the Shipping Dept.
I want to tell you Rick ... I am so very heartbroken, and puzzled, as to how this could have happened to you...it has left your friends and family with a huge hole in our hearts.
I hope you rest in peace Rick and you continue being the caring, giving, thoughtful, well-intentioned GENTLEMAN that we all know you were.
You will never be forgotten - you embedded yourself in the hearts of those of us who loved you in our own way and we'll keep you there!
When I attended the prayers for you last nite at Our Lady of Sorrows Church there were many folks, like me, very sad to know we will never beable to talk, hug or laugh with you again - at least not on this turf. Please watch out for all of us who cared for you ... until we meet again.
Sending you a huge hug Rick....
Rose

Our deepest sympathy to the Bezanson Family
You all should be proud as (Rick)was always there to help anyone in need (whether it be animals or people). We always had a great time partying at his "place" and we are the "lucky ones" to have had Rick as such a wonderful friend for many, many years. Rick will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
If any of you need anything please call.
Love in friendship always, Lynne, Janis, Lacey, Kalen and Ashley.

Dear Connie, Rickie, Jamie and of course my dearest friend Terry. I am so sad to hear about the loss of Rick. He was a great guy and I certainly enjoyed his company when he was around. I know that I had not seen him in a few years but often I would ask about him. He was a good friend. Please except my deepest condolences not just to you but to Mrs. Bezanson and his whole family. What a great loss. Your friend Pat Morrison
