Mr. Brown was my science teacher in 7th and 8th grade in the early 60´s. Besides the "routine" studies, he taught us both geology and entomology, which involved a trip to a limestone quarry and both a rock and insect collection as summer "homework". Unbelievably, he supplied the class with quart jars that had a block of cyanide in the lid! Anyway, he was a great teacher and much appreciated. Bless you in the coming days - may you cherish your memories.

I remember him as a science teacher in his lab coat at Portage High School West. He always had a smile and a minute to chat.

I didn't know Mr. Brown, but what a wonderful life story he has. My sympathy to his family and friends.
