Mr. Carter was a huge help to be when he allowed me to rent his condo at Southend Dr 2010-2011ish. I loved living there and being his tenant. Although there were never any issues, he was always available if I did need him. This is where our son was born, and my life with my husband, Todd began. Thank you Mr Carter. Heaven has surely gained a precious angel.

Thanks to Dick's guiding us through Scouts, I'm now enjoying retirement. 20 years working as a Custom Design Specialist for BSA National...I'm getting a nice little check, each month. Thanks Dick!

Lane, Rich, Rob and Wes...Trish and I are thinking of you. Dick had a tremendous influence on me, as I grew up in Troop 55. Thanks for sharing him with us all!

Sending my love to Lane and the Carter family. It was a joy to work with Dick in Scouting during my years in Charlotte. He also was our realtor and took great care of us. We have lost a man who was larger than life, and who built great men as his legacy. Peace be with you, Dick.
