My deepest sympathy goes out to you all. Mr. Constantine was a true inspiration throughout every time he was in the hospital. I am very honored to have taken care of Mr. Constantine during his courageous fight.

Mr. Constantine was one of the best... He was a true leader in every sense of the word.
