Richard F. Corrigan

I was a classmate of Dick. We played football together for 4 years. At the time of my high schooldays I lived at 39th & Summit. Usually i took the public bus to Rockhurst, but since Dick and his brother larry drove across 39th street to school they often would pick me up at the bus stop and take me on to school, a good thing on cold winter days. I always admired Dick, my prayers are with his family.

Dick taught me when I was a freshman at Ward High School. He was a wonderful person. I got to see him frequently at various celebrations with the Mulvany family—and ALWAYS called him Mr. Corrigan instead of Dick, which always made him laugh. Sympathy and prayers to his family. Marianne Duckers
