Richard (Dick) Clark II Obituary
Richard (Dick) Lee Clark II, aged 61, passed away on April 10, 2024, in Des Moines, Iowa. He was born on May 22, 1962, in Des Moines, Iowa.
Dick was very crafty, quirky, and had a great sense of humor that could light up any room. He was known for his intelligence and ability to fix anything, coupled with a generous heart.
He is survived by his significant other, Angie Carter, daughters Courtney Clark and Desiray Cowles, stepchildren Adrian Carter, Fred Carter, Ronnie Cowles, Marilyn Kennedy, Aunt Betty Hood, Uncle John Ogden, stepbrothers Mark Peterson and Warren Peterson, and several cousins.
Dick was preceded in death by his mother, Mary Lou Peterson, father, RL Clark, grandmother Thelma Ogden, and others.
He attended Johnston High School and owned Connie's Fine Foods. In his free time, Dick enjoyed working on cars, fixing things, fishing, cooking, and visiting the casino.
Memorial services are still pending announcement. Contributions in his memory can be made to the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics for cancer research.

Long ago and far away...
Many of the Ogden cousins together at Grandma Ogden´s house on Park Ave at Christmas. So much fun. So much love.
I will miss you Dickie. See you on the other side.
