The Draper Family:

Was very sadden to hear of Rusty's passing. We were out of state at the time. Would very much have liked to have been able to pay our respects to the family. Rusty was a great individual and a great employee for me. He loved his family very much. He would always tell me of your accomplishments, whether it was track, football, softball, or military service. He was a very proud father and rightly so. I know he will be missed very much by all who knew him. God bless you all.

Uncle "Bud"
May you rest in peace! I always liked your manner-laid back and very aware of the "goings on" in the family. You gave me hope that I could live a fulfilling life after undergoing a triple by-pass. You will be missed!

Although I only had the pleasure of spending several summers playing baseball with Mr.Draper(Rusty), they were very memorable times. I was always amazed to see the homeruns come off his bat, what a great hitter and what a Great Human Being! He will missed but not forgotten! Member of Varsity Baseball Club 1970's

Playing baseball with Rusty in the early 1970's was one of best times I had in my baseball career. Rusty could not have been a better teammate or person. I will truly miss him, but I will always remember the happiness he gave me and many others. My very best to his wife, children, and family. I am quite sure that God is bestowing many blessings on Rusty right now!
I wish so much that I could be there.

As someone who was seemingly surrounded by Drapers growing up(!), I knew them to be quality people, which speaks volumes about the man.

Family, my prayers of comfort, strength and grace in the coming days.
