I started a get together for past Patchin appraisers in 2010, and at that time Dick was not well.
We still get together each year and miss his Dick presents. My wife June passed away March 2017 after 61 years of marriage.

I worked with Dick for approximately 5-6 years and what I remember most fondly about him was his quick, boyish grin and laugh; Dick was really kind of a big kid, to his credit. I also remember Dick as very professional and good at what he did. I have not seen Dick for many years, but I already miss knowing he is no longer with us.

We have so many fond memories of Dick. He was a wonderful friend and coworker and he was so honest and sincere.

Dick and I worked together for many years at Patchin/American Appraisals. Dick was my mentor when I started in the Appraisal field and he taught me well. Dick never wanted an appraisl to leave his hands until he knew it was perfect. Dick missed our Pachin Re-union last year, it would have been great for all of us to see him one last time. Jo, I hope that your faith will get you and your family through these tough times.
