In memory of
Teresa Walters
February 9, 2007
Even after days have past, it's never easy to let go of a dad. You girls are very fortunate because of the great memories you all have of him. Anyone can father a child, but it takes someone special to be a DAD!!!

Judy & Girls, I am so sorry to hear about your loss. It was a shock to everyone. I have some great memories of Richard that takes me all the way back to about age 5. In recent years I think Richard enjoyed seeing me at Thompon & Shearer because he new I was playing farmer and did not know anything about it. We always got a laugh out of that.

Dear Judy and girls,
David remembers Richard as the best tobacco cutter he ever worked with! He has memories of that time working together. I remember being at your house when I was growing up and how Richard always helped to take care of all of us (and usually all females!) More recently our contact with him was when we talked to him at soccer practices and games. We send our sympathy and know he will be greatly missed.

I will never forget all of the wonderful times that Richard gave me through softball, fresh produce, and just his quiet smile. He was a wonderful father and husband to his family and friends. My prayers are with all of his family. He will truly be missed. He once sent me home from 3rd base with a hyperextended knee, now I can send him home with love and joy, knowing he will always be on my team.

Mrs. Drury,
I am truly sorry. I worked Dick at IBM. He was a fine man, the best slitter operator ever and had a great sense of humor in dealing with us engineers!
Sincerely, Tony Z.
