Dick Duszak was as fine a man as we've ever known. We are fortunate to know him and his lovely family, and we have seen firsthand how much he treasured and was devoted to his wife, children and grand-children, as well as to his friends and relatives. He was generous of his time to many institutions and his community.

Dick was like nonother. Always willing to help and try to figure out a way to solve the problem. He was gentleman and wonderful guy. He will be sadly missed by everyone whose path he crossed. My heart goes out to May and the family. This is a devastating loss.

My thoughts and prayers are with the family and friends of Dick, with whom I worked for many years during his tenure as a Director of Penn-America Group, Inc. and United America Indemnity, Ltd. He always had a smile for me. God bless.
