Richard Felder, III

Montgomery - Richard Felder, III, formerly of Montgomery, AL, departed this life on Friday, November 2, 2018 in San Francisco, California. He was a proud graduate of George Washington Carver High School Class of 1956. After working for several years, Richard relocated to San Francisco, California and joined the staff at the University of California Medical Center in San Francisco as an administrative analyst where he remained until his retirement.

Richard was preceded in death by his parents, William and Inez Felder; two sisters, Lena Felder July and Brenda Walker; one brother, Leon Jackson Felder; former wife, Lillie Mae Felder, and a thoughtful and caring niece, Tkanga Key.

He leaves to cherish his memories: a loving wife, Diane E. Felder; one daughter, Monica Walker, Montgomery, AL; two grandsons, Terance Felder, Montgomery, AL and Leroy Walker, III, Ft. Bragg, NC; two great granddaughters, Khaleah S. Felder and Farrah N. Felder, Montgomery, AL; four sisters, Earlest (Charles) Key, Detroit, MI, Julia Felder, Gloria Hill and Inez (Charles) Everage, all from Montgomery, AL; one sister-in-law, Delorise Jones, Columbus, OH; two brothers-in-law, Andre Tolbert, Columbus, Ohio, and Roderick Tolbert, Ft. Wayne, Indiana; nieces, Crystal Hill, Earlest July, Lisa Camerra, Renea Hardin and Jennifer Jackson; nephews, Kahlil Everage, Charles Ali (Theresa) Everage, Charles Sean (Sonya) Key, Richard L. Walker, Isaac July, and Terry Jones, Jr; two devoted cousins, Evelyn Johnson, San Francisco, CA, and Nadine Garrett, Slidell, LA, and a host of cousins and friends.

Richard will be missed by many who knew him, worked with him, and enjoyed his friendship.
