I have been away and only just now learned of this loss. Rich was blessed with the ability to see humor in everyday events and blessed others with his dry wit. I enjoyed interacting with him in Bible Quiz and bowling league. He will be greatly missed. My sympathy and prayers are with his family as they adjust to this devastating loss.

Many years ago Rich Fenton and I became friends. We only lived a mile apart..so we were school buddies and in later years were going to church buddies..As sometimes happens..over time you 'lose track' of people who were very important in your life..My son..who still lives in the Pittsburgh area saw the obit and notified me..It saddens me greatly to know that a true friend has passed..I do not know the details of this and as I said I've lost contact with friends. My e-mail is [email protected] appreciate any info..

Our deepest condolences to the Fenton family on the loss of your father and brother. Richard took wonderful care of my Aunt Julia in the time of her greatest need and as family, we are truly grateful for all that he had done for her. May he rest in peace.

Rick was my friend for 30 years which began at Allegheny Airlines. All that knew him will miss his humor, useless trivia, and genuine personality with the greatest loss to me. He always showed sincere concern when it came to my family and how they were doing. Working in the same department for the last 23 years is where our friendship grew, beginning with Rick training me. He will be sorely missed by all that knew him and especially by my wife and me. Prayers to your kids and family and bless you for your friendship.

One of the very best co-workers you could ask to sit beside everyday at USAirways. He made the shift fly by! He loved his vegetables, and healthy way of living. So this came as quite a shock to hear.
I send my deepest of sympathies to his family.

I was shocked and saddened to hear of Rich's passing. We were on the same page when working at the 1st A/G in Coraopolis many years ago. Our condolences to Debbie and the boys and Meghan. Betty and I will miss him even though we haven't seen "Moby" in many years.

What will I do without my best friend? We've known each other since we were 3 years old and lived one house away from each other. I have so many good memories growing up and he was my e-mail buddy. We've kept in contact all these years. He stopped in Savannah 2 years ago and we had such a good visit. If anyone is in heaven, I know he will be there. He was truly a good person.
