I met Richard when he was working at the hospital back in 2018. I stayed connected with him over the years. I learned about the news today. I was checking in because I hadn't heard anything in a while. He was a good friend . I would go have breakfast with him at the local casino. We went and saw some concerts down in Phoenix and in Prescott Valley with his friend Randy. He was a big baseball fan, named his cat Tatis, after one of his favorite players. He had a lot of struggles in the end. He was having issues finding housing. I tried to help him where I could with this. This is very sad to hear. He always tried to keep up good spirits. May he find peace, love and joy in the next life, in the next journey for his soul. I send my love out to him and his family. We should cherish the moments we have with our friends and loved ones while they are here with us. A strong absence is felt knowing that he is now gone.

Sad to hear this. R.I.P. Rick.
I met Rick the day we met Ronnie James Dio in 94´. I was the only guy running around the parking lot with a Camera. Rick came up to me and asked if I could take a picture of him with Dio. I said, sure, but you take one of me as well. We traded information and have been friends since.
We played numerous seasons of NFL on PlayStation, went to numerous Concerts, went Camping, Band Practices, as I play. He loved Metal and the Live Scene which I was a part of. He immediately became a solid friend. When he moved out of Boise I had no idea that would be the last I was to see him. Miss ya Bud. R.I.P.
Many memories my friend.
