I am sad to read about my buddy Dick whom I have not seen in years. We worked at the county together a long time ago. We had a lot of the same friend and spent time together too. RIP Dick, you were one of the Good Guys.

Just a few words to let you know how sorry I am to read of Rick's passing. Although we had only worked together on the Police Dept. a few short years, I enjoyed the friendship we had during those times. Also enjoyed the nice lunches his sweet Mom put on for us during the many stops to her home. Rick was a top notch guy. Again, my condolences to his family. Mike Byrne-Syracuse Police 1984-2004
