Richard Higgins Obituary
Richard loved to fish and spend time in the mountains of Colorado.
He was preceded in death by his parents, James and Shirley Higgins; and one sister, Sharlene Lobban.
Richard is survived by his loving wife, Barbara; and two beautiful daughters, Brandi Higgins and Kacie Valadez; four grandchildren, Elijah, Michael, Gabriel, and Shadoe; two sisters, Diane Tilley and Deanna Davis. He was survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives.

I knew Richard when we were kids. He was my cousin and I do remember him and his love for music- Jimi Hendrix. RIP cuz.
