I was sorry to learn of Rick's death. When we were partners at Feldman, Waldman & Kline, I came to admire not merely his abilities, but his boundless energy and enthusiasm and his zest for living. I know he will be missed and extend my deepest sympathies to his family and many friends.

We knew Rick in high school and saw him several times since then. He was a primary player in those wonderful days at Walnut Hills and those of us who knew him then feel a loss in spite of the scarcity of contacts in recent years. We send our deepest sympathies to his family and friends.

I am so sorry to hear about Rick. He was so engaging, with a ready smile, an interesting comment and a joie d'vie. All his friends in the Mediation Society and the ADR community will miss him deeply. We have lost someone special.

Rick- my fellow member of The Mediation Society- was a great friend. He always had a smile and something interesting to talk about. I will really miss seeing and talking to him. To his family-you were the most important to him. Please accept my condolences. Elizabeth Tippin
