I knew Richard from the New Beginnings Support Group in Wellesley, Mass. He was an inspiration to me and to the Group.
We both had things in common with special needs children. He often gave me advice about how to handle various situations.
He will be sorely missed.

It was an honor and priveledge to get to know Richard and care for him in his final days. He was a brave soul who moved through his journey with a remarkable faith. I will continue to honor him by sending warm wishes and comforting thoughts to his family.
