I met Rick aka Pope at Penn State. He moved out of the dorm, which opened up a space for me with his high school friend. We became friends because of our mutual interest in music. I had lost touch with him but we reconnected about three years ago. He told me how he had lost a CCR cd. I bought him one for Christmas and every time I called him, that CD was playing. He was a good man and I am sorry to see him gone, although I am sure he is singing with my younger brother Kevin, who passed almost 13 years ago (they used to sing in the dorm at PSU frequently).
