I was so saddened to learn of the passing of my dear friend, Richard Kim. I always admired his passion and courage for new life in the USA. Richard will be remembered as my best agent and partner for multiple commercial developments projects. With his help, all of the projects were completed with 100% success. He always put top priorities in his children's education. My dear friend, rest in peace in Heaven. Richard was loved by many and will be missed by all. With sympathies to all his family and to his wife.
