Richard Lira Obituary
born to Macario Lira and Josefina Hernandez on December 29, 1954 in Brawley, Ca. He passed away on October 4, 2012 in Loma Linda, California. He is survived by his 2 sons Richard Lira and Pedro "Sonny" Lira; grandson Richard Lira jr III and grand-daughter Breanna Marie Lira; 2 brothers Macario Lira and Art Lira; 3 sisters Ernestina Ochoa; Vicky Bentacourt and Terry Lira. Viewing will be held on Sunday, October 14, 2012 from 1-5PM at Green Acres Mortuary and chapel service on Monday, October 15, 2012 at 10AM at Green Acres Mortuary with burial to follow at Green Acres Memorial Park.

My deepest condolences to the entire Lira family. I knew Richard since he was a young child. We were neighbors on "E" street in Brawley. His Sister Victoria and I are very close friends. Palmida is my cousin. I pray that our Lord will embrace you with his love, compassion and love during this difficult time. All of you are in my thoughts and prayers. Gloria Enriquez
