I worked with Richard in the 90s and to 2001 through the 9/11 conflict at Naval Radio Station Jim Creek.Richard was a friend and a real good upholsterer on his down time.He redid several vehicle seats for me.

I'll miss you I enjoyed our visits at the reunion and most definitely the stories and histories he put out for others to read him telling me and my husband he's proud of us meant the world and I'll never forget it prayers for comfort and peace

I´m Bill Bown, cousin of Richard´s. My Mom, Delma & Richard´s Mom, Edith, were sisters. As a young boy I first remembered Richard in his Marine uniform when he was on leave in the mid-late 60´s.
