Grandpa, your kind spirit touched the lives of many. Even in your most painful times, you still didn't complain. I am very thankful for the friends and family that you had at Oakbrook Village. You will never be forgotten!! Prayers go out to everyone that had the honor of knowing you!!

Richard was a great guy. Always had a smiling face never in a bad mood. I meet him 3yrs ago when my sister was also at Oak Brook. I had to CK out the place before my sister was to live there. Richard was the first room I went to. Walked in introduced myself and asked how he liked it there and if they treated him well. He absolutely loved it there. We became friends and I always loved the talks and hugs. My sympathies to all families and friends at Oak Brook he will be missed. ON ANGELS WINGS FLY HIGH MY FRIEND!

I knew Richard for 8 years, he was so funny, I never seen him in a bad mood, he was always smiling. As the years passed, I thought of Richard as not only my friend, but like a dad. We were always kidding around with each other, teasing & tormenting each other.I always looked forward to seeing him & his smile. And,over the years, I grew to love him❤Thank you Richard, for a wonderful 8 years. I sure do miss you!
