I was a co-worker with Rich for many years in the Intelligence Community. He was one of the kindest, thoughtful people I have ever known. He loved his family, friends and country and it was an honor to have known him.

Rich always has amazing stories to tell and had a quick Irish wit. His accomplishments were something we were all so proud of. He lived an amazing wonderful life full of travel and family. Thoughts and prayers to all the McCluskey's during this difficult time.

A fantastic big brother who shared his love, zest for life and compassion for animals with all. He will always be the older brother whether he admitted it or not. I will miss him dearly

I was checking my tires at the old Shell Station in Arnold. It had recently snowed on top of older snow. I think Mr. McCluskey was getting gas and saw me. He came over after filling up and told me how you don´t want to over inflate tires when the weather is cold. I´m sure he was aware how `we Marylanders´ don´t know how to drive in the snow; and I was young and he clearly wanted to give me some fatherly advice. I loved it. He checked all my tires and said I was good to go. Thank you Mr. McCluskey

Our first memory is when he had to renovate the home he bought in Ulmstead. My husband had wanted the same house but I refused due to the holes in the walls and the many renovations. Our friendship grew from that day forward.

Rich has touched so many in his time with all of us. He led a fascinating life and raised a terrific family. Always had a great story to share and a pleasure to be around. He will be sorely missed in all our lives but know that he has left a lasting impression that will continue on like ripples through time. Our heart felt condolences to all his family and friends.
