Richard, you have been a man of the utmost honesty and integrity, with whom I have had the privilege of trading. You have left a void in the amateur radio world, your disappearance can never be filled. May your spirit find peace and happiness.
Richard helped me repair my Kenwood TL922 amateur radio amplifier, giving me advice on how to operate my equipment. He taught me many things for which I am very grateful. All of us he helped loved Richard - AG6K. Richard someday we will all be together and be able to continue talking about tube amps!
May God take care of you Richard!

I just learned about Rich' passing and it is a shock. He assisted with advice and parts to make my equipment work. He tought me quite a few things for which I'm grateful.

Perhaps it helps survivors to know that Rich had friends in overseas places, too

May family and friends find strength to overcome this huge loss.

73 Rich, and thanks for everything!

I met Richard around 1970 via Jim Mills - WB6LLT who then lived in Miners Oaks, CA. Richard was always a good friend and quick to pass on his amateur radio knowledge of many years. Not only did he help the local ham population but far and wide. A few years ago I was visiting a ham friend in Parker, CO only to find he was on the phone with Richard obtaining some hard to find information.
He will be missed by all of us that had the pleasure and wealth of his friendship.

I shall miss my friend AG6K. He always had creative solutions to difficult electronics problems and helped me, and through me many others as well, deal with the complexities of ham radio amplifiers. My heartfelt condolences to his family and other friends. 73, Rich! Gary W2CS
