My condolence to the Menke family. Rick and I worked hard on airline operators' complaint on hydraulic fluid contamination in the past few years. What a support I received from him!! My sympathy for the loss of such a great engineer, and he will be greatly missed.

I had occasionally worked with Rick at Boeing and our sons were on baseball and soccer teams together. My sympathies to the Menke family.

Rick was a wonderfull friend and colleague and it was a pleasure knowing him and working with him. Apart from greatly respecting his technical advice I valued his friendship even more.
I will miss him a lot. Please accept Anita's and my heartfelt condolences.

Rick was a great mentor and fun to work with. I learned a lot from him, and he helped me in many ways be successful on the projects I was assigned. He will surely be missed by myself and may team mates that worked with him.

Rick was a very kind and friendly man. I am so sorry for the loss your family is feeling. Hopefully with the prayers of so many you can find some comfort in this terrible time. My heart goes out to you!

Words cannot express the sadness that we feel for you and your family.  Ricky was a great man and we so admired not only the way that he fought his battle with cancer but more importantly the way that he choose to actually live his life in spite of it.
Instead of dwelling on what was, he focused on spending quality time making wonderful memories with all of you.  Kim, both you and Rick did an amazing job juggling Ricks treatment and keeping your lives "normal" for your kids.  Please know that you have so many friends here for all of you.  We love you and are here for anything you need.
