I am so sorry for your loss Elspeth; you and I shared many laughs together at HRDC Langley and now I am sharing your grief; I am and will be thinking about you and I know you are blessed with good friends to help you through this difficult time. Love you kiddo.

This is like signing a card, all those phrases that just don't say enough go through your head. They're not enough. We love you Ep and we loved Rick too. He will be missed and our hearts ache for you. Know that we're here for you just as we have always been and will continue to be. Joy, Dave and Sarah.

We are truely blessed as we have had the opportunity of Rick touching and being in our lives for many years. I thank him for coming into Elspeth life and being someone for her to lean on while she went through difficult times and I know how he appreciated the support she gave him. They shared and survived many happy, sad, memorable moments togehter.
They say the eyes are the window to ones soul and with Rick we will always remember those beautiful bright clear blue blue eyes. Soft gentle, giving and caring just as he was.
The fun and laughs, tears and joys we shared will always be cherished. I'm sure we kept him entertained and I loved how he was niave in so many ways and how lots of times he didn't know whether to really believe some of our tales.
We will always remember Rick as being a very generous man, always there to help if you needed it also for providing Elspeth with an immediate family as now she has those close bonds to provide her with love and support during this sad time and always.
Rick you were taken away from us way to soon and you will be sorely missed, though we are happy it all happened just as you would of wanted in a place you love the void will always be there. Thank you for all the wonderful memories that we will always be able to keep close to our hearts and for being such a special part of our families life. May you rest in peace. Love "The Kohls Klan"
