Dear Mineault family,

I too had the immense pleasure of working with Rick at RMOC/City. He was one of the very first people I was assigned to help as part of a job term in the Clerk's Department at 222 Queen Street - those darned Council Meeting packages!! He knew his stuff and had a wonderful sense of humour which made every menial task a fun one.

It is evident from all the entries in this guest book that he truly left a mark on his work colleagues and residents of the City alike.

He will be truly missed by all and can now watch over us from his very own "Window on the Region"

God Bless.

Nicole, Brigitte, Kim, and family

What a great loss to you, his dearest wife and daughters, and to friends and colleagues who had the true privilege of working and knowing such a dedicated individual. I have many fond memories of Rick and I will cherish them for years to come. I will remember Rick for his great sense of humour and his ability to always focus on the positive. His greatest joy was undoubtedly his beautiful daughters, as he proudly shared their many achievements with colleagues.

Please know that Rick was a really great guy, and that we will always remember him for his kindness towards others.

We were very saddened to hear of Rick's illness and passing. He was a wonderful man, so accomodating and cheerful about his work, carrying it out with good humour and diligence, despite the many delicate issues he had to deal with. When we look back at all the good times we had at the Region, you may be assured that Rick will be included as part of our most pleasant memories.
