Dear Cathy and Family,
I was devastated to hear about Richard and sincerly hope that you know my thoughts and prayers are with you. Granted it has been many years but the memories of Richard, Frank, the KA house and the Library Club will always bring a smile to my face and wonderful memories for myself and many others. I know that Richard is with Frank and they have those grins on their faces. My prayers to your family.

Austin,
I am so sad about your dad. I remember when he took us on the turkey shoot and he was so nice to bring my brother drake with us. we always talk about that. We had thanksgiving turkey last year from the turkeys we got with ya'll. He was a fun dad. my dad said we were going to take you hunting with us this year if it's ok with your mom.
I hope we are in the same 5th grade class together. Drake says hi to Sarah Catherine and hopes they are in 3rd grade together also.
Be thinking about you and you can e-mail me back anytime.

Dear Cathy, Everyone wants to help ease your pain. Words seem so inadequate, but they are all we have. I am so sorry. I lost my husband suddenly in December. I know your pain. We just got to have so many more years than you two, and I grieve for you. I remember you, your children, and all of your family and friends in my daily prayers. I am so glad that you have all of your strong family here. That will help. Please give my love to them all. I finally retired this year. I learned how quickly life can slip away. With love, Betty Burkett

Cathy, you are in my thoughts and prayers. May the Lord guide you through the coming days. He will be forever by your side. The time you shared with Richard was a blessing and it will be those memories and that love that will also help you to heal. Just know that all of your "Mcleod family" will support you in any way possible, if it is to shed a tear or lend a shoulder or just to listen, call upon any of us if needed. May the Lord be with you and the kids and when you look towards Heaven may you see the image of your loved one walking with the Lord.

Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. Richard was such a wonderful friend and person to everyone he met. Sometimes we don't understand why things happen, just remember God is in control and he will see you through this. Remember we love you and are always there for you. Now is the time for you to lean on all the people that you have been such great friends to over the years.

Dear Cathy and family: Just last week we were walking in the hall with joy in our hearts. Now there is sadness. It is times like this that try our faith to the nth degree. Remember good times and bad ones will be in the future, but with the Love that GOD has provided for us, He can help you get through them. If there is something that will help you cry, do that because it is thru these tears that some cleansing and healing will come. Never let your children forget that even though their earthly father has left, he has gone to be with their heavenly father. I love you and you know how to contact me if you ever need me. In Christ, Peggy Harrill
