Richard Page

I too will never forget all the times when I was growing up that we spent at the farm... Aunty Eve and Uncle Dick will always hold a special place in my heart.

As the first employee hired by the “Alberta Hog Producers Marketing Board” after its creation in July, 1969, I fondly remember Dick Page, our first Chairman as someone who always believed in fairness to hog producers. He led in the development of our organization so that hog producers had a voice and a chance to improve our industry. I will always remember his contributions.

Your father (Dick) will always hold a special place in my heart. He was a great man and a dear friend to my dad. He will be missed by all that had the pleasure to meet him.

Give grandma a big hug from us and let her know we will all be together again one day. You are my hero and I am so proud to be called your granddaughter.

I have fond memories of visiting my Uncle Dick and Aunty Eve on their farm when I was growing up. It was a welcoming place for all of our family. We always waited for that smile and a joke from our Uncle.
My thoughts are with my dear cousins, their families and Lynn at this time.
