My husband and I worked with Dick at CF for many years. He was well liked by all, respected by all, and a friend to all. Dick was very creative when he worked the OS&D Dept on the dock. I remember once he was looking for some missing whitewall tires on a shipment and he found some blackwalls and found some paint and made them whitewalls (same size) LOL. We all loved Dick and he will be missed. Dan and Barb Bauer

I worked with Dick at CF. He was before the time of computers and was better than a computer. He, Earl Reiser, Bud Sunday, Joe McGill could tell you where every shipment on that dock was located. Great man. Respected by all.

To: Gloria, Jim, Kelly, Julie & families:
I was very sorry to hear about Dick's passing but I know he is in a better place now. He was a wonderful friend for many, many years and I will really miss his humor and his smiling face. My thoughts are with all of you at this time. I won't be able to make it to the funeral because we are in Palm Springs now for the winter but my prayers will be with you on November 8th.
