I knew Dick Pierce back in the day when he was Parts Manager at Jim Click Ford. Bought a lot of parts through him at a Discount for cars I'd restore or race. Also had fun on weekends at the Public Hanging where he and brother Doug owned and operated the establishment on the Westside. RIP my friend.

Dick and his family lived on the next street over from the Mott family in Mission Manor in Tucson. Later my sister went to work for Jim Click and he remembered my sister immediately. He was a great guy and our family will always remember him.

All I can think of is what Dick would say about COVID-19, and what about a Democratic President winning the election. He would sure make me laugh! I miss Dick's daily doses of humor, his laugh, his wisdom. I miss his advice-personally and professionally. He will be forever in my heart.

So, many wonderful memories! Long talks, long drives, sharing favorite nature drives and places. Countless events we attended together.
Always, a gentleman. I truly appreciated that and so, many other of your traits. You will forever be in my heart and prayers. So sorry, I was not able to stay in Arizona, I wanted to so very much, but, I had to care for family in another state. I really enjoyed it when I last visited and fondly, remember all the special places you took me on our drive you said were your favorites in all of Arizona. Many of them were my favorites, too and you introduced me to new ones that I long to see and experience, again.
We both truly appreciated Arizona's awesome nature! Thank you for all the times we shared, the laughter, the nature, great food and the long talks. I will always treasure and cherish the times we spend together and my last visit with you. You were a very special friend. To Marcus and Amy, as you know, you both meant the world to him. His love for you both, was endless and deep. God's blessings to you and cherish your memories with him. He was and is and always will be, one of a kind, unique and very special.
You are in my thoughts and prayers. He lives forever in our hearts.
Hope to see you, again, someday...in heaven. Til then...blessings and love

I met Dick when I joined the Click company in 1993...he came thru the Jim Click business office on Wilmot and 22nd street and took candy from the jar I kept on my desk. From then on he would make a point of stopping by for his sweet fix... He was an amazing person... Always quick with the wit and a smile.. Godspeed, Dick..... And Thank you!!

My condolences to the family of a great man. He and my dad worked together for over 50 years and were the best of friends. Dick was always patient and good to me while in the car business or out of it. Throughout my life there have been few mentors better than Dick. I will always keep him in my heart and his family in my prayers. He never missed a day when my father was in the hospital, his loyalty to family, friends, and his career was astounding. Godspeed Dick!!

There are few words that could fully describe the love and respect that I had for Dick. He was one of the finest gentlemen it has been my privilege to count as a friend. Dick was one of the last great car guys. I will forever be in his debt both personally and professionally. Good bye my fine feathered friend.

Kathi and I will always remember Dick as a member of our family. Dick was at Anniversary parties and Birthday parties. He even went with Kathi's father, John Aube, on vacations to Kalamazoo, MI. He will be greatly missed.

Dick and I go all the way back to 1962 when I moved from Kalamazoo, MI to Tucson, AZ. The Pierce Family lived down the street from me. Within a few years I moved several miles from Dick's home. One night in 1964 there was a knock at the door. Dick had borrowed a bike and peddled it up to my house. He asked me for a job. I hired him on the spot. He came to work for me at Holmes Tuttle Ford in the Parts Department. Since then he has made me very proud with his advancements and acknowledgements in the Click-Tuttle Dealerships.
On a personal note, I valued and enjoyed Dick's friendship. I traveled with Dick several times. On one of these vacations he took me back to my hometown of Kalamazoo, MI. There I showed him the home where I grew up and the home on Gull Lake where I had boats and always pulled water skiers. We went to Detroit, MI and had fun touring Henry Ford the First's house and Edsel Ford's home.
The memories are countless.
I will miss him deeply,
John Aube
