Dear Pratt cousins, I was very sorry to hear that Pete has moved on. I loved being connected to all of you. I hope you feel love and appreciation from all of us. I loved Aunt Grace very much. I bet she has plenty to tell him. Just wanted Jody and all of you to know we still care. I am Aunt Mildred´s daughter Connie!

Pete and his dear wife, Jody, served as missionary ordinance workers at the Washington D.C. Temple during the time that my wife and I were full time workers in that Temple. They also were members of the Rock Creek Ward, a ward composed of almost entirely Temple ordinance workers. The Ward was considered by local members to be a "Celestial" Ward because of the diligence of the membership. Pete´s leadership in the Temple and in the Ward was greatly appreciated. He served as an excellent High Priests Group Leader as well as filling key roles at the Temple. The Pratts were pillars of Ward and Temple who warmly welcomed co-workers and visitors to both. They established eternal friendships that have continued long after their Temple mission ended. Their Temple, Ward and Missionary service was exemplary and we know that Pete´s diligent service will continue beyond the veil. We trust that Jody´s strong testimony, knowledge of Eternal Temple bonds, and prayers of family and friends, will support her in this difficult period. David and Judythe Ream

Uncle Pete. Thank you and you family for being a wonderful example. Thank you for hosting Keahi and I when we were getting settled in Utah. I know you were welcomed home by those we love. Until we meet again.

This hurts way more than I thought it would. Growing up, you don´t think about losing your grandparents. You think they´ll live forever and then your kids gets to enjoy them. And then at some point we become acquainted with death and realize that is not the case.
We´ve been saying goodbye to you for a very long time and that has not made it any easier. You filled the biggest void in my life and now I can feel the void of you being gone in the same place you filled. I´m so grateful I got the chance to tell you what role you played in my life before you passed. You´re everything I could have ever wanted in a grandpa. I´m going to miss you for a very long time. I love your grandpa.

By far one of the most memorable sealers I have ever spent time with in the Salt Lake Temple. You were an amazing example of what it means to be intime with the Spirit. May all your loved ones be blessed until you meet again.
