My condolences to the family. Rich volunteered on my board of directors for many years. He was an inspiration and truly dedicated to serving those in need.

Hard to believe its been 1 year since we lost a great person. He will always be missed.

Dr Ptachcinski was my pharmacy practice residency director at the University of Pittsburgh. Richs mentorship, wisdom, business sense, and pharmacy practice knowledge helped mold me into the pharmacist and person I am today. Thank you Rich. My condolences and prays go out to his family.

Rich was a true gentleman and a wonderful person to work with at PCI. I traveled with him several times on jobs we had and enjoyed every moment My deepest condolences to the family in this time of sadness. But they should be proud of who he was and accomplished. Frank Younker Consultant PCI.

Rich was one of the most generous, kindest humans I've had the pleasure of knowing. I will miss him dearly.

We enjoyed a friendship with Rich when he lived in Pittsburgh. He was always so generous and kind. We are saddened to hear of his passing, and pray that God's spirit will comfort you all.
