Richard (Rick) Keith Jones

Passed peacefully after a long illness.

Preceeded in death by father Richard L Jones, mother Minnie M Jones, daughter Bobbi Jo Jones, sister Cynthia Jones.

Survived by his wife of 50 years Lori Ann Jones, sons Shane (Jennifer) Jones of Zanesville,OH, Sean (Makylee) Jones of Newark,OH, daughter Carla Jones of Centerburg, OH. Grandchildren Josh (Shelby) Jones, Dante Jones, Alex (Terisa) Brewer, Elizabeth and Raymond Jones and great grandson Walker Jones. Brother Dallas (Terry) Jones of Canal Winchester, OH, sisters Diana (James) Wildman of Caryville, TN, Beverly Lipps of Ashtabula, OH and Julia Burcham of Columbus, OH. Mother Inlaw Jan Pflaum of Newark, sisters inlaw Lanette Brewer and Lorraine (Rocky) Slone. Many Aunts, Uncles, nieces and nephews.

Rick loved spending time with his kids and grandkids. He enjoyed fishing and would throw a line in whenever he could. A Nascar fan, he liked to watch the races and even spent time at National Trails racing a truck that he and his son built. You could always find him working on an engine or someone's car. Rick loved music and liked playing his guitars from the time he was a teenager. He enjoyed trips with his family and spoke fondly of visits to Nashville, the Smoky Mountains and Daytona Beach. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
