Rick was always a lot of fun to be around. He was highly intelligent, with a great sense of humor, and a big laugh. I will miss him. Pete (Greeley)

We drove over the Hone Bridge when all the sudden, the Alfa Romeo started pouring smoke out of the AC! It nearly suffocated us out while we tried to get the windows down! We jumped out the car assuming it was going to start on fire. After a few minutes of letting the engine cool, we decided to brave the car again and drive back. Every time I go over that bridge, I think of that memory of him. He always made scary situations into a joke that could make anyone laugh. He was a great friend! I will truly miss him <3

I'll never forget when I was living in Milwaukee going to college and Rick would drop everything to come help me every time I gave him a call! If I needed a ride, he would pick me up in moments. If I needed a jump on my car, he would be there with cables and a coffee! He even let me borrow his tools when I needed to make some impromptu repairs in my apartment to make sure I got the security deposit back. He was a great guy! I feel eternally lucky to have had him in my life since childhood. He was a friend, a confidant, and someone I always enjoyed sharing time with.

Rick and I never met in person, but on my last visit to Milwaukee we talked for a few hours. I let him know who I was and how I came to know him. Long time friends of his Sisters Pat and Judy. We shared stories and jokes. I will miss him for that. Rest In Peace Rick!
