In memory of

I want to express my sympathy to Patty and your family and friends. Dick was a man who was a very good friend to have and was always someone who could brighten up the darkest day. I lost my wife of 50 years and it continues to be sorrowful and painful every day, but she is with the Lord and i will be there someday soon and be with the Lord myself and be with many of my friends and loved ones as well. We have that assurance from God that if we trust in Him, this WILL take place.

Hi Patty,
How ironic. The TV is on as I was looking at this. Just now a Masseys Pizza ad came on. The next time you are in Columbus we should all get together for a Masseys as a tribute to Uncle Dickey.

Hello Patty, I am still praying for you and your loss. I lost the greatest blessing in my life last year, my wonderful wife of 49 1/2 years and know the tremendous grief that comes with that. Only God can help in times like this and He will never leave us nor forsake us. If you would ever like to talk or share, I will be here for you. I have changed quite a bit since high school, but I still value the friendships and memories that were made there. Bob

Dick was a great friend to me. He had a wonderful sense of humor and a degree of irreverence that everyone understood and enjoyed. I miss him.

Patty, We were very sorry to hear of Dick's passing and are praying that God will give you and your family peace, comfort and wisdom through this time. I have many fond memories from Walnut Ridge in knowing you both and the many experiences Dick and I shared. We once went on a driving trip around Lake Erie which we enjoyed, his great sense of humor and "his new-old sayings" that he would bring up. Bob & Carole Davis of Elmira, Oregon

Pat & Family,
I am saddened to learn of Dick's passing. Dick was fiercely loyal to his family and friends. I will never forget the times we shared at Glen Lake.

Dick had to be smiling down on his obituary. What a character. . . .what a loss. I miss his educational emails already.
Our deepest sympathy to his family.

Patricia and family. Please accept my deepest sympathies for the loss of Dick. I had known him through a business relationship since late 2006. I really admired Dick and enjoyed his sense of humor. Most of all, I appreciated how much he cared for people and took an interest in them. He will be missed.
