Id like to say farewell to a dear friend who was also my husbands best friend. Richard, better known to us as Big Daddy, had a heart of gold & always put a smile on our faces. He stepped in & took me to medical appointments & saw that t had what I needed before driving back home in Port Gibson. He did this without hesitation when my husband Trey was working on the Dredge & had to leave me during a medical crisis. Theres no way to show Big Daddy just how much that kindness meant to us. He & my husband spoke on the phone all during the day every day & never seemed to be at a loss for words. Our hearts are broken & heavy for the loss of a really good man but we also rejoice in the knowledge that Big Daddy is playing his drums and making all the angels smile & laugh& he and Treys brother ,Hoot are fishing & hunting together instead of going to dialysis, Hoot preceded him by a few weeks. RIP Richard & know that we wont stop loving you even in death
Love, Trey & Judy allen
