TREON, Richard G. Age 93, of Dayton, passed away November 15, 2016 peacefully at home under the gracious care of his daughter, Ann. He was born December 23, 1922 to the late Delroy and Stella Treon and preceded in death by his siblings, Edward, Mildred and Paul Treon and granddaughter Jacqueline. He is survived by his loving wife of 64 years, Doris; daughters, Ann Burnett (Erwin), Maria Boles (Eslie), Debbie Liette (Chuck), Margie Bayer (Andy), Cathy Shoup (Marvin) and grand-children Scott Burnett (Crystal), Jason Burnett (Stacie), Charlie Liette (Samantha), Rachel Liette, Sam Bunch, Jeremy Shoup (Leigha), Sonia Shoup and Peter Shoup. Also survived by great-grandchildren, Dylan, Hunter, CJ, Sophie and Vivienne. Richard was a United States Navy veteran serving during WWII and a retired tool maker from General Motors in Dayton. After retirement, he enjoyed photography, painting, golf and he especially enjoyed playing billiards. Family will receive friends at the Tobias Funeral Home Beavercreek Chapel, 3970 Dayton-Xenia Rd. at Grange Hall Rd. on Monday, November 21, 2016 from 10 am until the time of services at 11 am.
