I never knew anyone so full of life and energy as Richard. He was so happy to see me and have a coffee when I dropped into his office unannounced last March 2018.
So full of life, I truly expected, like his Mum, to live many, many more years.
He happily discussed his recent hip replacement operation, in and out in day, as a mere blip in his otherwise superb health and boundless energy.
I remember too well, I would often take Richard partying all night with some of the office staff only to briefly return home for refreshment and straight to the office at 7.15. We all thought him superman, and he was in so many ways.
He was a very kind, thoroughly engaging and consumately polished professional you may be so rarely privileged meet.
As I write this, although news of his demise only reached me recently, I miss him dearly as I know, Alexis, Clarissa, Nick and Charlotte and all his staff at Latinvest will etc...
I learned so very much from Richard and he will always be most fondly remembered. I wish him well on his journey.
