I know Rick Anderson as the owner of a beloved French Bulldog named "Camembert." As a veterinarian, I could see how much he doted over "Bertie" and gave her the best life possible. Every time he brought her in, Mr. Anderson would ask quite a number of questions to make sure Bertie was as happy as she could possibly be. The people who knew Rick Anderson will miss him and so will he beloved dog, Camembert.

I think one of the least measured, yet most impactful metrics of a musician is their effect on the countless unknown lives of their fans. As one such, I want to say that Rick Anderson, along with Prairie Prince, as the solid anchors of The Tubes, played an immeasurable positive role in my personal growth and musical horizon. They made me a better musician by sharing their talents and visions in live performances and studio recordings.
Thank you, Rick, for giving me the inspiration to
Stand Up & Shout!

I remember seeing Rick playing The Tubes Quite few times But once in Flint Michigan Remote Control tour ( sadly Flint didn't understand The Concept of the band ) so I'm standing out back to see Any of Them and Rick walked by I said Fantastic Show ! sorry they don't understand you like I do ,at first Rick had a lets say unhappy face and looked me straight in the eyes and the he smiled and pointed and said Thank You sometimes we need to hear that , years later my daughter Lee got the part of Rick in the band in the musical Xanadu ! I told her this story and we watched A Ton of Tubes on youTUBES it was a brief moment in the musical now she works at playing "Rick Bass" as she calls it , Sad to see you go over but Rick I'm quite sure I'll Talk to You Later feel free to contact me anytime God Bless You Infinity...
